If you have half an hour to spare, watch Kanye West's debut short film titled, Runaway. The soundtrack is his new album, 'My Dark Twisted Fantasy' and it is a really interesting and effective way of promoting the record.
The album is pretty epic and mostly appears to be about the demise of his turbulent and very public relationship with Amber Rose including songs bad mouthing an anonymous "bitch" and other songs of self-loathing, namely the title track, 'Runaway'. It is nestled in the heart of the film and is the only song that is played right the way through, the accompanying footage featuring a cast of ballerinas dressed in black is captivating and beautifully dramatic.
